Building Preparation

We moved into 3200 Washington Street, Greenville, Texas,
in October of 1988 and out in October of 1995.

The mezzanine (formerly the office) is available for the N scale layout.

The ceiling needed work. Note safe in corner.
Getting the safe downstairs was exciting.

Stairs to ground level and the upstairs toilet.
Plywood for floor and drywall for ceiling and walls.
